天然染め製品のお取り扱いについて

宝島染工の製品は、天然染料のみ（「-thus-」シリーズを除く）を使用し染色しております。
一枚ずつの手染めになりますので柔らかいムラ感、色差は生じます。 商品写真と若干の違いはございます事をご了承下さい。
年月、着用と共に退色・変化していきますが、独特のなじみによる風合いをお楽しみください。
柑橘果汁が付着した場合、色落ちする事がありますので、直ちに洗い流して下さい。
藍染の商品は使いはじめは色移りする事があります。また濡れた状態でも同じ事が考えられます。淡色のものと合わせて着用の際にはご注意ください。
※「-thus-」シリーズは化学染料を使用し染色をしておりますため、退色や色移りはありません。

Handling of naturally dyed products

Please note that our products are all manually dyed with natural dyes which might be slight irregularities in color and patterns. These irregularities are the hallmark of hand dyed product and make each exquisite piece one-of-its-kind. Natural dye, especially indigo, may discolor and stain other clothes for the first few times wearing.

お洗濯について

洗濯の際は天然洗剤、中性洗剤を使用し白い物や淡色の物とは別に洗濯して下さい。 長時間水に漬けたり濁したまま放置されますと、他のものに色が移る可能性があります。
藍染、草木染製品は光に弱く、長時間の干しっぱなしや蛍光灯があたりますと、変色することがあります。
洗濯後は陰干しにて、保管時は光が入らない場所にお願い致します。
※「-thus-」シリーズは化学繊維、化学染料を使用しております。

About washing

Washing

- Recommend hand washing or washing machine, cold wash on delicate cycle. Please use a laundry net.

- Please use a pH neutral detergent to keep color fading to a minimum.

- Please wash separately from other clothing for the first few washes to avoid staing to other clothes.

- Please do not use detergent with fluorescent agents, bleach, and any stain remover.

- Please do not tumbler dry. Hang to dry in shade.

Storage

- Please avoid direct sunlight as it may cause color to fade.

- Keep items in the shade.

Others

- Citrus juice may discolor fabric. Please rinse the stained point immediately.

- Natural dye will fade slowly and gradually with use, which will become your own unique color.
